This is a toothbrush holder in two variants, one for a toothbrush only and the other one for a toothbrush and a tongue cleaner as seen in the picture.
Each holder is individual, so you can put them in any configuration you like. They also have a nameplate on it and a small hole that you can put a little bit of filament through in order to keep it from getting pulled out. For me though the fit was tight enough to be able to withstand getting pulled out alongside the toothbrush.
The holders also have holes at the bottom to allow water to get out.
I printed the holders upside down with supports and 100% infill since they might be too flimsy otherwise.
The main bracket is sticked to the wall. There are Variants for 1 to 8 toothbrush holders next to each other. The shown one is made to fit 6 holders.
I also uploaded all the FreeCAD files so that you can edit them yourself easily.
