I needed a toothpaste squeezer and I thought that the one created by ottenjr had some flaws so I fixed them. My version is overall less finicky and more reliable.

Changed that I made:

* Changed locking profile to both lock and center the shaft so that the shaft won't jiggle around when turning it.
* Made it a bit sturdier and larger.
* The locking cap is exchanged for a nut.
