Hi, this is my version of contour gauge. You will need a piece of cardboard 20 x 98 mm to make a continuous pressure on toothpicks.
You should pick nicer toothpicks from package.
If you tight screws too much the middle part will loosen, they need to be tighten just right.
Measurable area is 92 x 42 mm.
