This is a slight redesign of a chainguide commonly found on Amazon/AliExpress, as seen in the link below.

This updated design allows the use of a 30T chain with a 104 BCD style crank, by reducing the interface around the chainring. This part could also be printed as a complete replacement for the guide portion in the event that the stock one has broken.
