My interpretation of Torata Golthar Fast Cruiser based on graphics is Babylon 5 Wars, Agents of Gaming publishment, and a multiview layout of Torata Kalor.
Torata are an invention of AoG, a minor race near the Llort and Kor-Lyans. They are described as a fish-like species who are sharply divided to upper and lower castes. Technology is based on acquirements from Centauri, Earth Alliance and Vree.
According to Mongoose The Torata are "a fishlike people, with stubby legs, similar to lobe-fins, which they use when on land and longer, much more agile fins which serve as hands. Despite their piscine appearance, they can survive out of water indefinitely, though a moist
environment is necessary."
