Print as it stands with full perimeters for the first 12 millimeters. At least 70% infill after that.
PETg or Nylon preferable and the higher the layer the stronger it will be.
You will need:
-1 x M3x 12-15mm Bolt and 1 x M3 Nut for each ring
-1 x M3x 30mm Bolt
-1 x M3 Nut
