Tormek stone adapter

When honing on the leatherwheel on a tormek-T8 machine, sometimes you do not want the grindingstone to be in the way.
This adapter is to be put on the axle, so that the machine can be used when a grindgstone is not mounted.
This design is optimized for 0.4 nozzle.

Suplied is a few diffenent fileformats, not sure if that is needed on such simple design tho.
