The Torqeedo 1103c spares kit

Any good boater knows things fall overboard or break miles from any replacements.

The Torqeedo electric outboard motor has two key components that could render it useless that are easily 3D printable so I elected to design them for myself.

I used OPENScad to design the parts and I am including the source code with the stl resulting files for customization. (OPENScad is free and downloadable)

The SCAD code has a pair of variables which select which part to make, all of the dimensions and offsets are clearly shown and maybe adapted to fit other versions of the motor.

The Dead-man Key is the most feared lost part, locking pins can be made from a lot of easily found components (wooden sticks etc) but the Dead-man key requires a given shape and a strong magnet.

My code will allow you to create the dead-man key to fit whatever size button magnet you can find locally. For mine I bought a kit of 80 in various sizes off Amazon for $10 and I found
