It is remix: just resized, export to STL and cleanup with Netfabb.
The original author deserves some love :)
To make it easier to print, it is good idea to cut a bit the feet otherwise the surface is very small and you will need supports that will be very small.
If you are able to print steep overhangs and relatively long bridges, you may be able to print it without supports. Otherwise, you need a bit of supports (start of the hands, lower part of the belly, teeth)
