Tough Built Stackteck - Compact Box Top Plate

Heavily modified something that was meant for the full size boxes to replace the existing work surface. Modified to fit the HALF size compact boxes. Can be used as a work surface or or mounting other hardware/boxes/etc. Still going to tweak the design a bit, but its useable. I am currently printing to fully test it, but the measurements and specs all came from the original. (its possible it might need to be more narrow at the base so if you want to test it, before I have a chance to finish, post any feedback!)
