This is a toy bird cage. It consists of two identical circular parts (forming the top and bottom of the cage) and a curved part (forming the cage door).
Materials needed: 4mm dia bamboo skewers, glue, cardboard.
It takes a bit of handcraft to assemble this but it was fun and a learning exercise. Cut the bamboo skewers to the length you wish (~135mm here) and insert in the orifices of both circular parts, leaving space for the door. One of the full length skewers works as a door hinge, 3 shorter ones are placed pass-through for the door.
