Toy Lock and Key

Just a simple toy I threw together for a younger sibling's tree fort outside, hope you enjoy! I printed this one in Bambu PLA (black) and it turned out great. The model does require 3 small 1mm screws to hold the top plate on, however some sort of glue, adhesive, or hot glue would also suffice. A couple things to note:I wouldn't recomend this for secure storage, it's only a plastic toy and the locking mechanism is fairly simple to bypass in case the key is lostThe key needs to be turned counter clockwise about 90 degrees in order to workThere are definitely alot of improvements that could be made, the plastic spring for ejecting the latch did eventually wear out on me - the lock still works but you have to apply a little bit of lifting force to the latch while turning the key so that it pops out as soon as its' free. This could likely be fixed by implementing a metal spring instead. But this model works for proof of concept and inspiration.
