My 3 year old got a workbench in which som bolts, nuts and plates made of wood were included. Sadly they were of bad quality and the threads started slipping almost immediately so I decided to design new ones and print them. I used roughly the same sizes as those included (quite loose tolerances) and added som brackets and wheels to the mix. After a ”dropped-construction-incident” which resulted in a broken bolt I also designed a somewhat flat bolt for printing laying down for increased strength. The original bolts are more intuitive and easier to use though and not a single one has broken through normal use. Finally I added a screw driver and a wrench for fun (although they are hardly needed). Tips and notes:I’ve only tried PLA, though PETG might have been a smarter choice4 walls, 20% cubic (concentric top- and bottom layer for wheels)No supports needed, I’ve used brims for corner brackets onlyI print the plates without the Aux fan (P1S) to minimize warpingDifferent colors for differe
