Toy Truck

I am using this toy truck to simulate Lean manufacturing assembly operations. Each car also needs 4 o-rings 14 x 2 x 10 mm and 4 screws to hold the wheel hubs in place. Print four hubs and four wheels.

Small parts can come off and may be dangerous for small children.

Truck body right (1 ea)
Truck body left (1 ea)
Wheel hubs (4 ea)
Wheels (4 ea)
O-rings 14 x 2 x 10 mm (4 ea) SODIAL on Amazon
7mm x 16mm x .08" Plexiglass panel for windshield (need to cut on laser) (1 ea)
1/2" #6 screw and nut (1 ea)
Small screws (Mouser 523-52500014-734)

Remove the protective plastic from the window (both sides)
Insert the window into one side of the car.
Insert the window into the other side of the car.
Put the nut into the hex slot and screw in the screw
Put the o-rings on the wheels
Put the hubs in the wheels and screw onto the truck with the small screws
