This is for a 12mm shaft toggle switch holder replacing Toyota Switch blank.
**This fits only the Tall size of Toyota Switch blank (40x22 mm )

Print on the flat backside, and support is required.

UPDATE 6/27/2021 (v5) :

- Improve the fit.
- Easer to tight the lock nut.
- ON - OFF text.
