Toyota 4Runner iPad Mini Magic Bracket (version 4 4Runner)

I wanted a CarPlay-compatible system in my Generation 4 4Runner but I didn't want to spend a ton of money - so I designed this bracket instead! This bracket is designed to fit over the existing stock stereo header and mount an iPad Mini (generation 2 or 3, probably the others as well). It stays in place with powerful neodymium magnets - you do have to glue magnets to your dash, as shown in the images, but they are fairly discrete. I used 2" x 1/4" x 1/16" grade 45 Neodymium magnets and this mounting has never budged. If you are concerned about the strength of the mount you could always increase thickness to the 1/8" instead of the 1/16".
