Toyota Replacement Door Catch

This is a replacement mechanism made specifically for a 2005 Prius, but it should fit most Toyotas from at least the mid 90's up to... new? Given that the replacement part for my car costs nearly $150 CAD, I thought this would be worth trying and the results are good! I have one installed on my driver door for testing with the rest to be replaced after a successful week of use.

Look up videos online for instructions on replacing your door catch. You will need to use pieces from the original mechanism for this to work. I have only tested this on a Prius, but it should work for other Toyota vehicles (and maybe others as well, check the dimensions listed below).
