ToyREP Hotend Cooler

Upgrade for [ToyREP 3D Printer](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:945156) - Fan mount to cool down hotend when printing PLA and bridges. Made for 40mm fan as all other fan mounts on ToyREP. Intended and designed for E3D v5 extruder clone.

1. Printed fan duct - 1 pc
2. Wood screw 3x16-20 - 4 pcs
3. M3x16 screw- 2 pcs (already included in BoM of ToyREP - Fan Mount)

##Assembly
If you already have ToyREP assembled, you will have to remove two M3x16 bottom screws on extruder fan mount.

Put two M3x16 screws through fan opening to the holes on sides of fan duct. Attach the duct to the extruder fan mount through bottom holes of 40mm fan that is already placed over the cold end of extruder.

Place 40mm fan over the duct opening and attach it by four 3x20 wood screws (3x16 if their head fit into mounting holes of your fan). Mind the orientation of the fan.

When these steps are done, the fan duct should be 2mm above the tip of nozzle. The slit should be headin
