TP-Link TL-SG108E adapter for 10 inch rack. Fits Lab Rax rack and other 10 inch racks. It is an interference fit, but it holds strongly in place. Instructions: Push the switch through mount, it will be sitting at an angle at first Align pins with the mounting points on switch When both pins allign it will pop in place and sit flush Push the switch backwards untill front of it sits flush
