Just whipped this up, more rigid option to bed springs. Going to start with tpu, 75% infill and work from there. -- 75% might be too stiff, will test more and try 50% as well. Turns out even 50% was kind of stiff, I've gone all the way down to 15%. Right now they're at 15% infill, lines, touching. Should be fine, I have some tpu washers pushing up to the underside of the bed and 100C isn't close enough for the tpu to distort and these are far more dense. A suppose you could use other materials like nylon with less infill. Not even sure if this will work, but I had an idea and needed to work it out.
