TPU Print Surface Adhesion TestThis print was designed to evaluate TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) adhesion, texture, and dimensional accuracy on a smooth build surface.Two basic geometric calibration shapes — a cylinder with a sphere and a prism — were printed in TPU 95A to observe:Surface adhesion: tested on a bare PEI textured bed without additional adhesive.Warp resistance: monitored for lifting at corners and base deformation.Layer uniformity: examined across curved and flat surfaces.Detail retention: verified by checking top-layer blending and sidewall smoothness.The model combination (simple vertical surfaces + complex curved geometry) provides a good indicator of TPU flow stability and first-layer calibration accuracy.
