TPU Turf Tickler

Printed from TPU, helps prevent the mulching attachment from trying to eat my astroturf.


So I get a lot of leaves on my astroturf, and you're not supposed to rake it. So I use a leaf blower / sucker / mulcher [Craftsman 3-in-1 Leaf Blower, Leaf Vacuum and Mulcher, Up to 260 MPH, 12 Amp, Corded Electric (CMEBL7000)]

This tip has a lip at the back so you can add a couple zip ties to hold it on if you want to, but it seemed to friction fit pretty well. It keeps the end from sucking up the astroturf, and lets me rub some of the stubborn leaves loose from the astroturf.

i am trying to make a v2, will have a slight angle, and maybe a way to add wheels (I saw them on a dedicated leaf mulcher and thought it might be cool to try).

feedback super welcome, note it MUST be printed from TPU for my model leaf blower as the tip isn't perfectly round. Version in picture was printed without supports on my prusa mini, without much drooping, so can be done.
