Trapezoidal threaded nut:
Outer diameter: 8 mm
Pitch: 8 mm (height that the spindle nut travels per revolution)
Gears: 4
Suitable for Anycubic i3 Mega S (I installed it myself)
If you are unsure which pitch your spindle has:
1. move Z-axis to zero (homing)
2. note or mark position of clutch between Z-motor and spindle
3. move up for example 2/4/6/8/10 mm and observe the marking.
If the coupling has the same position after for example 8 mm Z-travel as at the beginning, the spindle has a pitch of 8 mm.
You can see the number of threads if you look at the spindle from above and count the "outputs" of the threads.
In total there are 5 models available for download:
a_c is the parameter for the "tip clearance" according to DIN 103-1.
I myself have printed and installed the ac0.6 variant with the Iglidur material. This allows the nut to move well without showing play in the axial or radial direction. The best way to find the right variant is to try it out yourself from 0.8 dow
