Trådfri AAA converter

simple AAA converter for IKEA Trådfri remotes.

Got fed up with the CR2032 Batteries being constantly empty. This should increase the battery life greatly.

This is the updated version, that no longer requires you to print 2 pieces and glue them together. Print with the battery compartment facing down on the build plate. Supports are required.

Only downside is this no longer allows the usage of the magnet nor original magnet wall mount. If ya want this to have a magnet, feel free to modify the model.

Printed with a 0.6mm Nozzle with the fuzzy skin option in Cura enabled.

You will need an 2x AAA holder (image with dimensions is included), aswell as a 6x6x5mm Momentary Tactile Tact Push Button (THT)

The button is just for the pairing function of the remote.

To install this you will need to disassemble the remote, remove the CR2032 Battery holder, solder on the wires of the new battery holder into its place, aswell as soldering the wires for the button.
