transport hook for e-scooter

Transport hook for e-scooter e.g. for the trip to the bakery in the morning.

Any time removable / adjustable in height / no other screws to loosen, change or the like.

The hook is designed for a oval handlebar with the dimensions 40.7mm x 48mm (1.6" x 1.9").
How does not matter, but it would be good to fix the bag at the bottom, so that the bag does not flail around.

(Remove the inner wall after printing - it was only there to divide the support structure)
