Trash Can Lid Attachment

I wanted a little trash bin for all my print waste like supports and brims so I made this. It is made to turn a Cafe Bustelo coffee grounds can into a trash can. Thought Im sure it could fit on more things that are also a 4in diameter and could be scaled to fit others if desired.

The print is made of two parts and very easy to assemble. It is designed to use a piece of 1.75mm filament as the hinge pin for the door(custom pin will need to be made if scaled at all).To do so, cut a 2.25in piece of filament off. Then bend/ flatten the piece to be as straight as possible. I prefer to glue the pin into place but melting the ends it also an option, just cut extra so the pin sticks out.
