The original design by pilotwarezhk is excellent for storage, but I wanted to take a single refill with me on vacation.
In all, there are 4 parts to print:
Thick Cover: 2x in PLA
Inserts: 1 of each in TPU.
The TPU parts should slide perfectly into the PLA cases, providing a soft support/some insulation for the insulin inside.
You may have to scale the print up by 1% if the fit is too tight- this can be caused by the expiration sticker on the outside of the insulin penfill.
