Christmas tree ornament in the shape of a...christmas tree. Look closely and you will see an infinite recursion of tree ornaments down to the quark level. ;)
Design by youth volunteer from Children's Science Center in Fairfax, Virginia.
Designed and printed at the Virginia Tech MakerLab in Falls Church, Virginia.
Original design in Sketchup is included; we remade the design in TinkerCAD to address some printing difficulties. Two TinkerCAD versions are here, the second has a larger base to stabilize the print on the build plate as we had problems with the first version peeling off.
