This is a clip on the side of the pool solar pool holder.
I have bought a above ground pool and they have sold me this solar roller and in the instruction you need to drill / bolt on the side of the pool the holder or make outside post to make it work.
Decided to create my own version that clip on the top rail of the pool and can slide on it to adjust.
