This is the results of trying to get Autodesk Fusion to make a flat pattern for a twisted sheet metal shape. This is as accurate as I could get it using triangulation as a method to form the flat pattern. If you know of a better way to make a flat pattern of this type of form in Autodesk fusion come to one of these two forums and present your methodology please. https://forum.langmuirsystems.com/t/how-to-construct-a-twisted-sheet-metal-pattern-in-fusion/46100 https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-design-validate-document/sheet-metal-twist-spiral-auger-shape-to-flat-pattern/m-p/13878031#M322734 All in all it's a pretty interesting model and form. Spins are a little tricky to slip into their slots but I've printed it a couple times out of Petg hf and it works.
