Triakis Octahedron

A Catalan solid and the "Kleetope" of the octahedron (meaning that you can obtain the Triakis Octahedron by adding a small pyramid to each face of the octahedron). Made using Mathematica, MeshLab, and TopMod. For more math and design notes, see the link below.
