A frog known primarly for its distinctive red fins. It can puff itself up with pheromones to float like a balloon. Not one to shy away from conforntation, it instead spreads its menacing fins in a show of intimidation, even against much larger foes, though not always wisely. This show sometimes has the opposite effect., instead attracting predators. Thus, some hunters use it as a decoy, hence the name.
