Tail pivot system with built in landing gear for a Tricopter. Mounts to a 13mm wood boom.
Made for and Inspired by the Batbone from Flitetest.com. This is a functioning prototype. Open to suggestions or changes.
Changes:
Added photo of how the servo is mounted.
Included hole jig for the lexan sheet
Added holes for the ziptie behind the motor.
Reinforced top pivot.
2-22-14 :
Extended servo rod mount to better line up servo rod hinge point with main hinge. Also widened rod mount to allow more clearance from rod to boom.
