Trigger systems sump filter drive gear

This is the drive gear that is originally made from acrylic. It drives the roll. The gears can strip off from extra resistance as the sump gets older. Calcium and worm buildup on the lower rollers increases the resistance and thus pressure on the gears as the sump gets older. It is not easy to clean this buildup.......


If you have a broken gear

First. Contact trigger. They will most likely send you replacements for free. It make take a week or two.

Second, try to clean the bottom rollers that the fleece goes around.

Print a gear for use if you need one quickly or can not source one.

I have two models depending on how accurate your calibration is to inner diameter holes. One is tighter and one is looser. Hopefully one will work well. The gear should slide on, but it should not have excessive slop.

Print using the strongest filament you have and use close to 100% fill. I used PETG

You will need to print with supports.
