Trinity symbol

This is one of the symbols used to represent the Christian belief in a Triune God - one God in three persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The circles represent that each person of the trinity is eternal. Interlocking circles show that they have common attributes yet still remain as individual personages. The triangle emphasizes the unity of the one true God in three persons.
