Triple_Height_Tormek_Riser_foot

This is a double height and triple height riser foot for the Tormek Supergrind 2000 and T-7. Might fit the other Tormek models. You need 2 of these.

I found that by raising the left side of the Supergrind 2000 about 1/2" - 3/4" high the water that runs off the top of the grinding stone all runs to the right into the trough better. I found this when sharpening some hand planer blades. The standard Tormek riser foot is 6.5mm high. This double height riser is 13mm, and the triple riser is 18.5 mm high.

I included the recess for a 5 mm diameter x 3 mm magnet just like in the original Tormek riser foot. But you can print this and use it without the magnet, as the machine weight will hold this in place.
FYI, The magnet hole is 5 mm dia x 3.1 mm deep. I have put parts in a cup of boiling water to soften it enough to push the magnet into place. Not sure if the magnet will be strong enough to hold the foot in place with this double or triple thickness.
