Foldable tripod base. I had a cheap telescoping selfie stick and wanted to see if I could make a tripod base for it. Here is my version 1.If you want to modify or tweak this, you can go to OnShape and download the .step files or create a free login and modify it right in OnShape. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/7719638b5c4785a76bb47166/w/04a35856b9c22bdd395098bd/e/df7525e6230f41b1a26c35bd?renderMode=0&uiState=6507251520db1e197583e94fI print the legs standing up. I know this is not the strongest way to print, but the amount of stress this will take is not enough to print horizontal. You will need to 3 legs and 3 levers and 1 of all the rest of the parts. Once everything is printed, you use 1.75mm filament to connect all the parts together. Slide the filament into the holes and snip off the excess.I printed using a 0.6mm nozzle and 4 perimeters with 15% infill.Options:Someone could tweak the cap and put a GoPro mount. You could put a solid mobile phone mount, etc.
