The tritium vials you need for this are 3mm x 22,5mm in size.
The holes are 3,05mm big, so they should fit without problems (depends on your printer quality). If not, then use a 3mm drill.
After the vials are inserted, use some epoxy or glue on top to seal them in.
You just need to lay them flat on the surface in your slicer!
