TronXY Pro 2 Flyer

A very simple, but effectively mount for the Titan Aero to suit the TronXY Pro 2 printer. I might fit others assuming they have the same X carriage.

We haven't tested the auto-bed levelling sensor as we're printing on a large glass bed which is too thick for the sensor to meet (so it's been moved to to sense the X gantry as it moves down. Not really ideal, so mounting the levelling sensor using 2mm bolts is recommended.

Supports probably not needed for most printers, but your mileage may vary. The support is only for the screw head countersinks so are not strictly necessary.

Make sure you mount your stepper correctly. There isn't enough support here for a normal stepper and it's difficult to add more structure because this removes access to the eccentric nut!

Also be aware that you have to strip and re-assemble the X-carriage (with the Flyer in place) before you assemble the Titan Aero, so it's useful to get used to putting it together on a desk before you try on the print
