Tronxy X1 Base Case

This case is designed to integrate all electrincal parts into one machine (no external electronics box). This makes it easier to move the printer around and stay organized.

The case will accept the oringal screen that comes with the Tronxy, and pretty much any controller board you would like to use as well. I'm using ramps but the melzi board will fit too.

Plenty of airflow and easy to remove lid to access and tune parts. Put some rubber feet on the bottom to make your printer quieter. I'm happy with this design.

Note: You will need a larger printer to make this in one go. I used a Folgertech FT5, which has a 300x300 bed size.

I have created another similar model for the Tronxy x1. This time around the housing can support the standard smart display that comes with a RAMPS board. There is also a slot for the SD card, if that's your thing. I was able to fit the power supply and a raspberry pi in this case as well, so no external electronics.
