Tronxy X5SA Linear Rail Conversion

This is my home made linear conversion set up specifically for the Tronxy X5SA using as many of the original parts as possible to save money and design time.
Key Features:
- counter sunk holes for a clean flush look.
- The motor brackets have a built in belt tensioner. Using an M6 screw, you can tighten it to push the motor back thus stretching the belt. Lock the screw/tnesion in place by using a jam nut. Then tighten the 4 top screws. The brackets also have ribs to provide stiffness.
- The carriage adapter bolts on and you can re-use the same long screws from the carriage wheels.
NOTE!!
Some grinding and drilling is required on your original parts!
-The Gantry Beam end plate will require you to mark and drill 4x holes to mount them to the linear rail bearing blocks. I have uploaded a PDF sketch showing the bolt patterned dimensions. Use a set of calipers to accurately measure & mark the holes. I highly suggest using a center punch to ensure the drill bit doesn't walk as
