Troodon Limit Block remix

Formbot/Vivedino Troodon cable can sag and begin x shifting in certain places because the cable doesnt make it all the way up to the ledge of the limiter.
This lowers the rake of the part and prevents that sag from causing layer shift.

Update 4/16/21 v2 file was too low and misses limit switch, remixed to v3
