My first thing!
I designed this after (well, more like a year and a half after) a tire place destroyed the stock clips on my '17 Chevy Sonic. It uses Freecad's spreashsheet feature to set values. The parameters should be pretty self-explanatory. These will probably work on other cars, if the trunk cover clips clip on to a round post and uses a string (I used round shoelaces). I found a clip opening of 6mm to be easy to use but does not accidentally come off. You may want to adjust this.
I have a 0.4mm nozzle and I used 0.32mm layer height and 6 perimeters so that there is basically no infill; all the plastic is laid down in the strongest direction. I used PETG since it's less rigid than PLA and can take the heat in the car. I also used 0.32mm of elephant's foot compensation since that will end up shrinking the diameter of the clips on the bottom.
