This mount replaces the entire bumper bracket to enable the bumper itself to be mounted a lot higher. This was designed specifically for the Jeep Rubicon body but may work for others where you want a high bumper.

Mounting holes are the same spacing as Madzimo's so bumpers designed for that mount will also fit: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2847515/files
