TRX4 IFS Conversion (Element IFS2)

Converts your TRX4 to independent front suspension. Utilizes high quality hobby grade parts. ***This model is functional. However, it is technically an unfinished project that I never found the time to 100% complete. I want to get this out to the community and maybe someone can finish what I started. So I have provided the original f3d files and step files to allow you to modify as needed*** This model allows you to convert your Traxxas TRX4 to IFS using the Team Associated IFS2 Conversion Kit (UPC: 784695423404).Retains the use of the stock Traxxas differential for durability and compatibility. Important Notes:Aftermarket front driveshaft required for skid plate clearance. I used a MIP driveshaft.Requires spacers for the shock shafts, or traxxas part # 8161 to replace the original shock shafts.Use SSD portal delete in the rear, SSD00243.Recommend high rate long springs, traxxas part # 8157.Requires removal of chassis side pan hard bar mounts.Requires modification to the IFS2 diff out
