My TS100 shell was messed up, and replacement shells do not seem to be available anymore, so I grabbed my callipers and made my own.
I separated the "insert" to be glued to the "top shell" for better hole dimensions to fit the tip.
Light sanding may be required for the hole where the solder tip is inserted in the "top shell" and the "insert".
Print the bottom shell with supports.
Use the original hardware (Screws, buttons, foam and screen cover) to assemble the shell.
I made replacement buttons that I printed with TPU that work pretty well, if needed.
