**Note**: Check out this [USB Power distribution hub](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4142831) for a Makita 18V battery. It's a nice complement to the TS80 for portable use.
I recently purchased a TS80 Soldering Iron and wanted a case for it to hold the iron itself, the tip, USB-C power source, and the USB-C cable. There are perfectly good pouches that you can buy for this case, but I wanted to do something custom.
I uploaded two versions of the design - with and without chamfers. All of the models with chamfers have "Chamfered" in the name.
What I ended up with is a three part design held together with magnets (and CA Glue). The portion that actually holds the soldering iron handle and tip is two parts that are held together with (2) 8mm x 2mm magnets. There is an additional piece which is the carrier for the power supply. It attaches to the base of the iron holder with CA glue. You could print these as 1 part using supports, but I found it easier to glue them together, pa
