TTGO T-Display Case with header space

This case is designed to fit the TTGO T-Display or similar HiLetgo microcontroller modules with 1.14 inch LCD screens.
The design is similar to my other TTGO T-Display cases but has room for male headers or wiring soldered to the board.
The body and cap files ending with "plus-4mm" are 4mm taller than the original, allowing for even more space for wiring or other purposes. The "plus-6mm" files allow even more space. The "plus-10mm-4mmL" are 10mm taller and 4mm longer in the interior (only 3mm longer exterior) to accommodate Lilygo or similarly-sized breadboard (adds a bit of length in the lower interior section).
The cap file ending with "bulge" provides more space within the enclosure on the end with the USB port (in case you are using a protoboard that extends a bit out that end).
