Tuba Thumb Ring Comfortizer

I noticed a problem with using a printed hook instead of a metal thumb ring on a tuba- you can't really lift the tuba by the hook like you can with a thumb ring. So I designed this piece, which is intended to be printed in a typical material (PLA, ABS, PETG, PP, HDPE, etc.), but it does require good bed adhesion, which most printers have. It is designed to slip into place inside the thumb ring, and does not actually clip on, because it doesn't need to due to the circular nature of the ring.

Makerbot rafts will not work on this without lowering the raft-to-model spacing significantly, but other than that, print settings could be just about anything.

This has been tested and it works wonderfully on both my St. Petersburg (Russian) and Manufaktur (German) tubas.
