TubeMate

Another 1/2" EMT (U.S. metal electrical conduit) connector originally designed as part of a system of extendable tubes that would define the framework for a plastic sheeting enclosure to contain dust in a renovation project. There's a couple of other components to this system that I will post soon. For those outside the U.S., this tubing is 18mm O.D. I have posted the Fusion 360 file for those who wish to modify it. I used a 1/4" thumbscrew and nut that is installed into an hexagonal recess in the body of the connector. These can be used singly for light duty applications or in pairs for more demanding situations.
